Neston Players is excited to announce 

a  fresh, fast-paced adaptation of Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations to be staged in May 2026 at Neston Civic Hall, directed by NODA winning directors Ruth Cooper and Stuart Rathe. We are looking for passionate, committed actors to join the cast.

This is an exciting, ensemble-driven production with a strong physical theatre element. It’s a script full of humour, invention, and energy, with plenty of opportunities for creative input and collaborative storytelling.

Ruth and Stuart will - as ever - focus on ensemble movement, character detail, and inventive staging .
